As each piece is handmade and made to order, our current lead time to dispatch most pieces are 6-8 weeks. Estimated lead times begin with receipt of payment and finalization of order details. Shipping time is not included in estimated lead times.
We accept payment wire transfer, ACH transfer, and credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express). Service fees may apply.
For online orders, after the production time, 6-8 weeks, an email will share with you tracking information.
For special orders coordinated through our team via email, (i.e. crated or drop off), please reach out directly at things@platformstudio.world

If you have any alternative shipping requirements (white glove, couriers not listed, etc.) please contact us prior to purchase; we will do our best to accommodate.
Local (New York): For Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens customers, local courier arrangements can be provided. For an accurate courier quote, kindly contact us prior to ordering.
Domestic (US): All orders for delivery within the US are processed through FedEx, USPS or UPS.
International: We ship all over the world with FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
We cannot guarantee delivery times; however, you should receive your delivery within 7-10 working days from the shipment date within North America.
We ship worldwide and to all international destinations. International delivery times vary between 7 – 21 days depending on your location.
If you would like a shipping time to estimate for your purchase and you are outside of the regular destination countries, please contact us and we will give you a more precise shipping estimate and quote for your destination.
